COVID-19 is causing delays with International, Western Australia and Northern Territory deliveries. We are finding that due to the limited number of aircraft operating, freight is being held at airports for extending periods of time waiting for a flight.
To give you an example: parcels going to New Zealand usually take 10 business days. During this period, this can be more like 20-25 days.
Deliveries to TAS, NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and ACT do not seem to be as affected, however, if you are concerned about possible extra delivery time, please reach out to us via info@nxtjourney.com.au for more details.
All bags are dispatched from our main warehouse in Cootamundra NSW. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow an extra 5 days if you are having your bag personalised.

Absolutely. Depending on your needs we can have your logo embroidered or heat-pressed onto the bags. In addition to company logos, we can also add individual names. This allows companies to add a personal touch when purchasing the bags for their team members.
