How is Covid-19 affecting deliveries?

COVID-19 is causing delays with International, Western Australia and Northern Territory deliveries. We are finding that due to the limited number of aircraft operating, freight is being held at airports for extending periods of time waiting for a flight. 

To give you an example: parcels going to New Zealand usually take 10 business days. During this period, this can be more like 20-25 days.

Deliveries to TAS, NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and ACT do not seem to be as affected, however, if you are concerned about possible extra delivery time, please reach out to us via for more details.

How long will it take to get my bag once I purchase?

All bags are dispatched from our main warehouse in Cootamundra NSW. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow an extra 5 days if you are having your bag personalised.

Do I have to buy online? Are there any other options for me?

Can I get my company logo on my new bag?

Absolutely. Depending on your needs we can have your logo embroidered or heat-pressed onto the bags. In addition to company logos, we can also add individual names. This allows companies to add a personal touch when purchasing the bags for their team members.

Can I get my name or initials on my new bag?

We can definitely personalise your bag or your team members bag with their name or initials. We love a challenge, so please let us know if there is anything special you need.

How do I clean my bag?

For heavy soiling use lukewarm water and mild soap. Make sure you wipe the bag with a clean soap free wet cloth to finish and then dry it in the shade. As your bag is made with internal protective foam padding and other cool stuff, it should not be submerged in water. It also should not be dry cleaned, tumble-dried, ironed, treated with harsh chemicals and detergents. Doing so will ruin the protective coating on its fabric.
